Yeeeeeaaaaaaah! Things are coming together. Loved It. A Fifteen word minimum is in place and I am not in the mood to add any more to my description. Still Loved It!

I know it’s free on Kindle Unlimited, but I cannot more strongly suggest in taking the plunge and doing the audiobook instead. I’m not remotely the typical target audience for this kind of book, so the audio version made the quality explode and engaged the hell outta me.
This was my first ever LitRPG novel and I absolutely loved it! I’m not much of a gamer, but Dinniman’s humor and characters and references (for those of us who grew up in the 1980’s) had me chuckling to outright full on snort -laughing. Stop damseling your hero for plot. Developments not based on the decisions of characters suck. We’re several books in. Stop throwing sideways bullshit as a contrivance to set something up in the last hour.
Good unique story with some twists and quick character development. Really enjoyed this quick read and the performance was great.
And now for something completely different. Like some wierd blend of monty python and Piers Anthony, this story begins pretty straightforward before making a sharp left by Albuquerque into a completely zany escapade of misunderstandings, “dad joke” puns, and utter silliness. The only thing missing is the Spanish Inquisition. Don’t suspect it’ll be a part..
I bought the 1-3 book bundle because the description sounded cool and I love litrpgs. A few hours in, I realized the series is more young adult/preteen level than I expected. The story is great, don’t get me wrong. But the language and performance are definitely not aimed at adults. Good series overall but kinda..
I have never been into fiction like this, 1nd stumbled upon this whole series due to a fan review on TikTok. I thought the title was hysterical and curious, so I thought what the hell. Boy oh boy the world I feel into is insane. Love it and love Princess Donut and Carl’s relationship.
