Brings you into the story . Honestly very entertaining. Very funny Carl is such a good character. Bought them all
The story is improving with each new novel in the series, though the plot is remains confusing. The LitRPG premise is becoming less bothersome as the author starts explaining it away (though the entire genre remains fan-servicey). At the end of the day, I’m still reading the stories and still enjoying everything. The amount of..
The world building and story are great! I’m fine with the pitch shifting for the male characters, but having the echo filter on most of them makes it hard to differentiate who is talking.

in the beginning there was a section where it was a little too quiet, otherwise it was fantastic. I haven’t listened to anything in a few years and I’m glad this was my reintrodution.
One second this story is serious and heart wrenching, another it’s dick jokes and innuendo. I don’t know how this works and how the author pulls it off…but holy shit there is nothing like this.
One of the most enjoyable audiobooks I’ve read in a quite a long time. Great narration and engaging story.
