ice waited a while for this next book and it was just as entertaining as the others. I did get lost for a bit with all the overwhelming information but it was all figured out. can’t wait for book 6!

story and audio was good like the series till I found out he’s holding back content to release one chapter at a time to his paid patreon subscribers. I find this to be unethical and will no longer finish this series wish I wouldn’t have bought the first 6 books.
I am so glad this is back. I hope it continues. Because I need it. Good book.
As befitting this series, the story moves along quite nicely. lots of action and a couple new characters. This story doesn’t have a bunch of filler nonsense as many stories do to drag on and on. thankfully. The story is entertaining from start to finish.

Loved it. Probably helps to understand this huge mythology and what the protagonists go through if you have familiarity with video games but the characters and story are engaging, exciting and fun. Definitely recommend!

if you read up to 5 you must move right on to 6! ita incredible.
The voice chosen to represent Carl, it fits the character well. kind of lethal weapon meshes with Clint Eastwood as Dirty Harry.

I’m not into the Dungen and Dragons games but this really makes me reconsider playing games with this kind of set up, listening to the way he wrote the book using all the elements involved with that kind of game, makes me reconsider.
