exciting story (a little contrived) but satisfying conclusion. Characters are colourful and mesh well, Jeff Hayes brings them to life extremely well. Enjoyable. If you are going on a long drive or holiday, this is perfect if you are nerd orientated.

These books are so addictive! Each book is better and better with such great character development!

Matt Dinniman strikes again. Such an epic storyline that keeps growing in intrigue and chaos.

We had a Babayaga, a beautiful elf, a lute, a caravan of thieves, a cobblestone opening town, and even the same mobs. Its a regular “Quest for Glory: So you want to hero?” All we need is a walking witch hut. Let me guess, book 2 will have a real, “Trial by Fire.”

The cast really knocks it out of the park! Even my wife liked it, when she’d hear it in the car… it’s such a good series!

Each installment in this series just gets better and better, I’m obsessed and I just need more, the 30+ hours wasn’t enough 🤣 keep em coming Matt Dinniman! You are a creative genius 👌🏻

This was a great addition to the series. The twist and turns kept the suspense of the story high.

Great narration, a little video-gamey at times, but it redeems itself by being deeper than it seems.

This was a great ride. The characters are relatable and I like how it isn’t just a grindfest – they actually come up with creative solutions to their problems. Looking forward to book2
