This book is a great take on the dungeon core idea, featuring dinosaurs in the kind of detail that would make a paleontologist green with envy. Well written, and performed to perfection, this one stood out as pretty unique!
This book was sold to me as a hard boiled detective meets time loop. It delivers big time, with strong Dresden vibes and a time loop mechanic that is overwhelmingly powerful yet still makes the story interesting as the mystery unfolds, with twists all the way up to the end.
It was very easy to listen to but there are some major plot holes or leaps of logic that may detract from your suspension of disbelief. Still fun to listen to!

The performance and story are amazing. The characters are relatable and lovable. I have finally found something that when I am not on the edge of my seat in anticipation over the action I am laughing out loud at the absurd achievements. If you liked the first four books in the series you’ll like this one. Hugo Huesca brings his saga to the next level with the newest entry and it was worth the wait. The whole crew at Soundbooth Theater did an amazing job, with an extensive cast and over-the-top sound effects. I eagerly await book..
