I love the story,but the mc is super cringe. I mean he does grow on you, but at like the last 5ish chapters. Hopefully the sequel is better because the story hypes it up.

Absolutely worth the money, definitely one I’ll read a couple times more. Gotta kill time before the next comes out!

This book did a great job of balancing the both the absurdity and seriousness of the situation, You get more depth from Carl and more hilarity from Donut and Samantha

I’ve listened to hundreds of books and by far the is one of my new favorite series. The worst thing is that the series is over.

DCC is so good. Sad that we caught up to the latest release, it means that we have to wait the full time until the next one. Jeff Hayes is an amazing narrator.
