If you enjoy Dominion of Blades and Dungeon Crawler Carl, I’m confident you’ll like this book too. It explores similar themes without being a LitRPG. While it is similar themes, this is different and a breath of fresh air while I wait for May 🙂
There is an obvious theme to Dinniman’s writing, but it’s not a case of telling the same story with a new veneer. Here we have “the dangers of AI” and “the horrors that people can inflict on each other” (themes common in his other works) but told via the experiences of a group of farmers..

I was extremely skeptical about liking this and I don’t leave reviews on a lot of things but I was forced to make an exception, it’s absolutely fantastic.
Incredible work on all sides. Matt is a wonderful author, and there couldn’t be a better narrator for this audiobook

I love getting to know these characters. The time reset aspect is like a stabilizing framework within the story, and it’s deployed really well without letting the plot drag. I hope this series continues for many more books. This is the best new Urban Fantasy story I’ve read in years!

Hilarious, with a very creative plot line that focuses on the RPG dungeon that the protagonists find themselves in as well as the sinister galactic political entities behind it.
