i love the humorous characters and the storyline. definitely worth a listen and I am going to get the next audio book.

Lots of action is skipped over. Once, fine. But you can’t do that too much. The showdowns were not impactful. Their was no unique features or concepts to the level that made the other levels work for me, nor was their much interest to faction wars. Felt hollow.
This series just keeps going full tilt. I love every minute! The us getting more complicated but it still contains tge adult humir with the great references thrown in throughout tge story.

I really tried to give this a chance because of the unique storyline from a monsters point of view & because I’ve enjoyed Jeff Hays narrations for DCC. The girls are all made out to be dumb, crazy, their voices are awful & they have obnoxious boobs. Which the author has to describe their bodies..

You don’t really think about it when listening to audio book, but adding music to the background really adds to the atmosphere. This is the first book on audible that I’ve seen do this and I wish more did. As if only further improves my opinion of this book on top of the great story.
I was recommended this by a buddy, and he couldn’t have been more spot on for an exciting, balls to the wall, action packed book! Loved it from the very first page? Second? You get it
