I stuck with it, but I wish I had given it up earlier. it’s not well written. no depth to the characters or story. Just boring.

Such a fun listen! So well written that you can visualize the entire story like a movie. Narrator selection was chefs kiss! Will listen to entire series! Dammit donut!
The worse part of this series is that they always make you wish you transferred in time to when the next one comes out
Kinda wished there was another book. The story is nice and all. It easily can be a standalone title since the book has a definite beginning and an end. Until you read the epilogue. But when the store page lists the title as “Hundred Kingdoms 1” I expected there to be more to this story…
I don’t know how Matt does it but he is really nailing this series. Jeff is also an absolute god with the narration. This book hit all the right spots and still full of surprises. completely unpredictable.
What a great story! Dinnamin and Hayes do not disappoint, as usual. Another fantastic chapter in the DCC series, leaves you squirming in anticipation for the next one. Enjoy!
Not usually a genre I pick up, but this is as close to a great radio serial as you can get. Excellent all around.
