I have listened to quite a few litRPG books and this one by far takes the cake for most creative. the narrators are fantastic and tell the story perfectly. the character progression is great with nothing standing out as far fetched or randomly occuring.

Author Matt Dinniman’s book 5, The Butcher’s Masquerade, continued the high jinx expected from the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. Humor, action, and death. Lots of deaths in this one. Plenty of Princess Donut also. DRmz 07-03-24

Fantastic narration and performance. This definitely peak word on top of a extremely funny and good book. You truly can’t ask for more.

June 2024 has sucked. The only good thing I had going was this book. I freaking love Samantha. It was funny, engaging (even though I didn’t know what was happening all the time, as I’m not a gamer), and twisted. It brought me respite. Thank you.
