full of the usual hilarious one liners and crazy twists but add the voice of kronk to the mix and this might be my favorite audio performance of the DCC series so far.

There is so much context switching in the series that it isn’t clear to keep up with the main storyline. Like the other reviews mentioned… So many new characters are introduced to this book that it’s hard to remember all of them. I think I remember three. This is hands down the best audiobook series I’ve ever heard. So much attention to detail with the reading, and such a fun story filled with darkness and light hearted moments with every character. Just fantastic all around.

This was a pleasant surprise as my first book from Neven Iliev. Jeff Hays gave an incredible performance as usual. If you are a fan of LitRPGs and Dungeon Crawler Carl, you might like this one.

This whole book series just keeps getting better and better! It’s a perfect mix of action, comedy, and heart. And it’s got more twists and turns with what’s going on with the factions than Game of Thrones.
