Lots of snark and some very funny parts. There were a lot of jokes that pervaded throughout the book that were funny each time. It might get old and tired if they keep coming in every book, but it’s definitely not there yet. The story was good, bit of a unique twist on dungeon crawling..

The summary leads you to believe this is about a young boy named Himmel.. its not. Its about a mimic that eats people & can barely form a sentence. Its so boring & chest eats people rinse repeat

I always love stories that pit genres against each other, and in this case it’s an ancient DnD-litrpg lich waking up in a cultivation world after a many-centuries nap. Some of the voices and effects are a little distracting at times, but overall it was an excellent experience all around and I’ll gladly pick up..

I love the main narrator. That aside Ravesdagger word play rivals Piers Anthony’s Xanth novels. Anthony in my opinion is the king of quirky, eyeroll puns, but Ravensdagger is most definitely the crown prince!
Buy this and listen to it right now! My wife and I laughed so hard listening to this and she usually doesn’t care for audiobooks. 10/10
