I’m enjoying this series but around the half way point I started getting audio errors. like sounds would double for a fraction of a second so like a single letter of a word would be said twice or sometimes a piece of that letter would be chopped off. kinda took me out of it

As someone who loves world building, it’s really refreshing to see a story where the MC has vested interest in exploring the “new” world they’ve woken up to. There’s no deeper plots that get resolved nor explored. It’s just an adventure for the sake of exploration and curiosity. No real big bads. No complicated plots…

Not gonna lie, JTJ gives off some serious Brook vibes and that is always a delight, especially with a nice little deconstruction of the Cultivation genre and running gags. The cast gives it their all and I can’t wait to read the next one.
