Voices and pacing were great! This author narrater combo should be together in all the things. I’ll be looking for more of this.

I think it was the weaker of the books so far, but only because he was sort of trapped for most of it, regardless I like the 3rd pet a lot lol, and it was cool to learn about the stone race. didn’t think there was such a thing down there.
it subverts some troups that I don’t think get enough attention and I love it. the characters are fun and funny. certainly not high fantasy but it’s not meant to be. I am already looking forward to the next installment.
The Butcher’s Masquerade was another flawless entry in the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. I think the most impressive thing that Matt Dinniman does is seamlessly introduce and integrate new principal characters every book. Most authors get it wrong, and he nails it every single time. Well, either that or working with Jeff Hayes. It’s 50/50.
love them all… great imagination… deviant and devulgent and fun… can’t wait for more! will take a bit to adjust to a new story beyond ELLCs and will miss the mischievous box BUT… as well as these books did (and the incredible talent that narrated/dramatized the books) I suspect there is another great series on..
Wonderful production and cast that really made the comedic aspect even better and brought Chester to life in a way reading it may have lost. It felt like a mix of a d&d game and cultivation story with a hint of a Chinese drama with how the nobles squabbled and treated different classes. There was..
im a fan boy of this series at this point and love the characters as well as how everything is voiced.
Damn this was amazingly good. Full of story, Magic theory, humor, an ancient and all powerful magic skeleton, and a very special storyline. A very unique and great story. Totally worth listening to.
