The wordiest, clunkiest action ever. Got about 1 hour in, but that was all I could stand.
Every book in this series gets better and better! Carl, Donut, and team continue with their quests in the dungeon. I like the addition of the “cookbook” and am curious to see what happens with it. I can’t get enough of this series!
Feels like this one suffers from middle book syndrome… Or I just didn’t wibe as much with it as the first one 😢 Did not enjoy the circus parts at all, so that’s probably the case. Second missions was much better. Still plan on continuing!

The amazing story and world building and development of the characters is absolutely astonishing!!!!
Fun story line, had to get all in series.while this is a litrpg kind of book, it’s easily approachable by any who enjoys fantasy. I love it and now wait for next book…so I will now re-listen to entire series again.

As always the series just gets better and better. A+ narration which obviously if you made it this far you clearly already know…fun and engaging story plot. Some parts puts you on the edge of your seat, other parts can make you tear up…just overall masterful writing told by a master class narrator. Highly anticipating..
