I am starting to get pretty interested in the story…having come across a fairly crude version of the anarchists cookbook when I was in early highschool, I am digging Carls book subplot.
Just when I think this book couldn’t get any better, it does. Same great narration.

My first dive into the LitRPG genre and I am not disappointed. Amazingly fun with great narration. Every friend I recommend this book to, binged through it and the next books.

First soundbooth theater production. I loved it. Went though the rest of the series, like Carl in a firework factory.
Despite not being the biggest fan of litRPG, I’ve really enjoyed this series. The characters and the storyline are fun, but the magic the gathering or whatever card game is referenced in this book is really painful to listen to. I find those card games irritating and juvenile and without that references I would’ve given..
