Review from The Eye of the Bedlam Bride →
The immersive virtual reality is a huge hit right now, and I’ve listened to several including The Land, ascend online, and in comparison this feels like it was written by a teenager in its simplicity and lack of imagination.
This book is bananas and crazy good. It’s so wacky but wonderful! The narrator is chefs kiss! He does so many voices! He’s incredible!!!
This is not only a great story with lovable characters and a great system of fantasy but the reader is absolutely amazing! I’ve never heard someone add in sound effects and so many well done voices. It really gives a lot of life to an already interesting story which is now a new favorite!
If you like Litrpgs but with a more fantasy twist, it’s for you. All the characters are likable and the voice acting quite good. No complaints from me
I looked at this books for years.. years!!!! I didn’t like the cover art.. At least now there are 6 books to zoom thru. The book is unique, funny, like really funny, hits all those metrics you need for good litrpg.. just buy it
Review from Dungeon Crawler Carl →
What’s not to love? The story is engaging from the beginning, the performance is spot on, and I downloaded all the books I could before I even finished the first one. It has similar vibes as Ready Player One but with a lot more humor. I can’t recommend it enough!
