Not bad as far as litrpg goes. Terrible pacing, creative world, good-enough characters, and phenomenal narration. The game announcer is very funny and the jokes hit more than they miss. The writing is mediocre and huge swaths are self-indulgent and forgettable; the performance is what makes it a worthwhile experience.

I cannot recommend this book enough! Fans of fantasy and table-top RPGs will absolutely love this! The narration performance was excellent and made it that much more enjoyable.
Would recommend this book to any gamer or nerd that wants an interesting storyline! For sure buying book two right now.
