I picked this up on a whim as a gamer and recommendation from a friend. I had low expectations, but blew right through it. Goddamnit Donut.

Excellent story and narration! Immediately restarted for the entertainment. Can’t wait to jump into book 2. I feel like the writing of Dinniman and the narration of Hays make for a compelling listen.

Overall I really liked the books. The lead character was relatable, and the storyline was filled with just enough surprises to keep it from being predictable. Each book could have easily been twice as long to add character development and backstory, so I’m really hoping there will be some prequels and spin-offs someday. while there..

Regular story but damn I loved it. The performance is incredible, one of the most fun books I’ve listened to.

As soon as I finished this audiobook I went and bought the next few in the series. I’m loving everything about DCC so far!

This series just keeps reaching new heights. I’m loving everything about it. The characters, the story, and the atmosphere! The performance really brings it all together. 10/10!
