I like where this book is going and I’m very interested in the next one.

Overpowered lich who woke up after 2000 years doing whatever he wants. It’s funny with ALOT of dad puns. The cast is great and sounded like they really enjoyed their roles.

I love the sarcastic writing style that punches slightly less than others in what I would call this genre. Moving from the noobtown series, mark of the fool, wandering inn, big sneaky ork and many other this year….this book fits well among them. I was quite surprised by this book. I don’t usually have to pull over and dry my eyes because I was laughing so hard. Great book ! Mixing up Magic and cultivation was new for me. Think I’ll check out the Author’s other books. SBT nailed the narration, top shelf as always.

These kind of books tend to take themselves much too seriously and this is a perfect melding of silly, fun, and interesting without thinking the magic realm is end all be all.

As someone who played RPG’s all my life it was the perfect book for me. Can’t wait to start #2

Another enjoyable book in the series. Not sure how the power creep will continue though.

Maybe don’t make your characters have so little MP that they need to drink either after every single thing they do it’s very annoying and makes it pretty obvious that they seem to have infinite either potions which makes the fact you chose to make them have low MP completely pointless…do you just really like..
