The voice acting in this audio book is outstanding. The characters are funny and compelling. One of the best LitRPGs out there!

this book is the fourth in an aural Halloween candy binge overload. it’s not good, but it’s great. this train has been on the tracks since book one and it’s stopping here on the way to book five with no regrets whatsoever

Loved every stage of this one. Wow. I want to re-listen immediately. The audio aspects of this one are also amazing (I would detail here but don’t want to spoil).

Over uses the word however, the word “but” is perfectly fine. Too many books seem to have this problem great story otherwise.

there is nothing wrong with this book besides one thing CARP NEEDS TO GET LAID PLAIN aND SIMPLE

I just love the variety of character and personalities. Hard to pick a favorite character, Donut really does make me laugh. I do kind love the slow development of the character and their relationships. I can’t wait to pick up the next book.

Stick to comedy. This ain’t rocket science. Near the end it became tedious. SBT is it!

Edit: I think a large part of the dialogue issues I complained about are due to poor translation from Russian. As I just realized this author is from Russia. I mean, I still stand by everything I said, but some of it makes a bit more sense now. In some ways it’s a good book…

Everything about this series was just pure fun. The story was one of the most entertaining and engaging I’ve listened to in years, and the voice acting is superb. I may also have been subject to some strange looks for bursting out in laughter at the gym while listening to this. highly recommended
