Book 2 maintains all of the fun of the first, but managed to keep everything feeling fresh with a nice change of scenery. This book starts to add a lot of intriguing depth to the characters.

Great story, great characters, and great performances. Looking forward to the next installment! This is definitely a new series to follow.

If you’re reading this, you probably already know what’s up. One of the best book series out there- I’m not even generally a fan of GameLIT or LITRPG. The intensity, the drama, the humor, the violence! *sweet.. sweet violence*Jeff Hays kills it, as always. I love Jamal in particular. Good book. Buy book. 5 stars.

Dungeon Crawler Carl is the pinnacle of audiobook narration and performance. Jeff and Soundbooth Theater are amazing.

What an amazing team of narrators and great listening experience! I expect no less from sound booth and the GOAT Jeff Hayes though. Similar to ready player one in tone, but not too on the nose with the references, or trying to shove references in your face. Fun story, great if you like and understand basic rules and mechanics of D&D and video games

Very rare to find a series that gets even better with every book , but Matt Dinman does that! Narration is perfection HIGHLY recommend
