The story is enjoyable. The world view is expanded from the first book and a we get a better idea of the overall landscape of the universe and crawl. Jeff Hays does a great job.

There is a lot of character development and the level descriptions could have been more interesting, but it does a good job expanding on the known crawlers.

There was so much going on, but it still flowed well and everything was wrapped up in an extremely satisfying manner.
yet another series that should have ended before it got stale. great performance but the editing in later chapters is not up to the normal spundbooth theater standards. bad skipping in chapters 13 and 14.should mr. huesca write a new series i will happily git it a try. but i am done with this series.

The humor is crude and effective. The narration is amazing. The story flows well and is engaging.
So damn good… some of the specifics get a little mixed in, but much luv for this material. Would be nice to see it in animation though, so that I can show more that won’t read or listen. Hayes voice acting is top notch.I also really dig the mix of Kaiju bits, I know it..

Super impressive narration. I read some on kindle and honestly enjoyed audible more with the amazing mimic voicing.
I’d rather stay in bed on sundays and listen to this series than just about anything else right now
