really not much to add to the other reviews. Jeff Hays is brilliant and so is Matt Dinniman’s writing. Just perfection.

Great series! Dark and gritty with a great cast of characters played by fantastic voice actors. I laughed, I cried, and it has made my blood boil. I have been pleasantly surprised by the twists in Dungeon Crawler Carl.
at first I thought the narrators voice for Carl was annoying, but then I really got into his style. his voice for the dungeon narrator and AI are amazing. story is hilarious
honestly the books have gotten so far from when they first started by a man walking into a dungeon with his cat to them having whole organizations and revel factions and wars and secrets absolutely amazing sorry for the spoilers
seriously, I can’t wait for book 3. This story continues our adventures with the group and really begins filling out the other characters!
Surprisingly thoughtful and emotionally poignant. Excellent narration as always. Figured this would be a mindless fun listen and it’s gotten more deep and interesting each book. Highly recommended.
This book does a few things better than the other “trapped as a dungeon” imo. The largest part of those other books I dislike is how childish the fairy and/or the dungeon is. I get that the dungeon is new, and has to not know anything about being a dungeon, but some of the other..
Love the series, but this one I had to restart it a good 10 times. What I loved about DCC is that it s always an easy and relaxing listen, this time it s complicating things for no good reason because it s not complicate at all. It also drags on and on and one..
Harkens me back to my D&D days. Lots of fun and not too serious. The narrator is very good. Lots of distinct voices.
