Baby Boxxy! I had listened to an except on YouTube whereby commenters placed predictions on what Jeff’s eyebrows would do while he narrated several stories. ELLC3 was one of them, and just those few minutes had me hooked on Hays and ELLC in general.

Witty and fun story with fabulous narrators. I thought this 2nd book was even better than first book and I am egger for the third book.
Another great LitRPG book. words can’t express how great this series is. It just keeps getting better and better.
A blend of He Who Fights With Monsters, Dungeon Crawler Carl, and a new style, enjoyable! Outstanding sound design/work, voice actors were great and story progressed well. Please make another!!!
Okay, okay. If I’m being generous, it’s not THAT inaccurate. But it would be like summarizing Star Wars as if it were a book about racing. My 2 stars for the book are because it’s a unique concept, a litrpg from the vantage point of a being normally reserved for killing. My praise stops here..
These books were not something I expected to like, but they have become a daily go-to listen for me. As absurd and ridiculous as it is the adventures of Carl and Donut are what I live for right now.

I thought this would be a bit of background noise but it started getting quite good halfway through and then got really interesting. Stick with it and it pays off.

I wasn’t sure if I would like the performance. oh, man, it may have made the book even better.Good character development and pacing, no overwhelm of stat sheets, and no exposition for exposition’s sake. An enjoyable litRPG experience…although it is pretty damn dark when you think about it.
The Best Series Ive Found on Pure Chance. First Book seemed interesting So i bought it just because… now im hooked. This One gave new perspective on old characters making you care or even hate. I wont give spoilers but not everyone is who you think they are. Loved it buying next one inevitably!!
