Love this series so much- it’s cheeky, fast-paced, and has great plot development. One of my favs!

Amazing book series, witty humor, great characters and A++ to the end credits as usual

I thought this would be the last book because of how they rush to tie everything up. Then the last chapter they set up another book. Disappointed

Not only did I love this book but my kids were hooked on it as well!!

90% of the book is one character talking to himself (which is a crime in itself given the incredible range Jeff Hays has) and grinding (the worst part of any RPG to play, much less listen to) with the small remainder dedicated to telling an actual story and Gandalf jokes.

sounds keep echoing some times is the only bad thing about it that gets annoying. like I am paying for an performance in empty stadium

#2 in the series is just as fantastic as the first. Great storyline and very impressive performance.

I mean, sometimes you can in fact judge a book by its cover. If you read the title, chuckled, and thought “nice!”, then this book is for you. POV: mimic becoming sentient

loved the book and very involved in all the characters. but the five stars all comes from the fabulous post credits commercial

I love the narrator, the main character is adorable and I can’t wait to see more of him (eh heh). And yes, I am entertained 😂
