While progression was a bit slow it was still pretty funny throughout the whole book. Hopefully the main characters intelligence points take more affect next book. Still would recommend 100%.
very entertaining

I enjoyed the book. The narrators fit the subject matter. I will definitely pick up the next book in the series. The plot was a little easy to predict but it was still enjoyable.
Author does it again in this new book. Amusing charaters and banter. I had fun with this one. Im looking foward to a second book.
A new favorite series. This first book struggles a bit to find its tone, but only gets better and better from here. Well worth your time.
Decent enough story but horrible portrayal of female characters, at one point the Maine female character offers herself to the male MC as payment for his help and, when he says no, she responds “am i not pretty enough?” Which is absurd. Good writing and reading. Can’t wait to hear the next book! Love the dramatic presentation of the story
Voice acting, story, everything about it! Looking forward to the next book, February is so far away.
but I liked it. gives me that D&D progression vibe, which really gives level gains more substance even tho levels in this series take the backseat while skill checks reign supreme. good take on a unique class, which Ive avoided in every rpg I’ve ever played. can’t wait for book 2.
