My best guess is the echoes are supposed to represent people speaking aloud, while the non-echoing voices were narration and internal dialogue. Great story line. Character development is great. This one didn’t seem as short as Law did. Had to stop and listen to the song a couple of times. Over all it was a great book. performance by sound booth is spot on. I’m a little disappointed with them not publishing on audible for the next..
I enjoy this series immensely! The longer I listen the better it gets. Each book has been better than the last. And, the performances get better in each audio book as well!
