I’m glad he has continued the fade to black sex scenes as it has shown how much he’s grown as a writer. the characters are fleshed out and I still hold this book to be the pinnacle of litrpgs.

This was a great continuation of the first book. The main character doesn’t rank up and become over powered or anything. I enjoyed listening to it along with the great narration that brought all the characters to life.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book, but I truly enjoyed it start to finish.

Very entertaining and an excellent performance by the whole cast. the reference to modern music play well with the story and don’t feel shoehorned into the book. bonus points for being the second litRPG (that I know of) featuring Jeff Hayes and a reference to Wonderwall.

struggle to finish. All characters were annoying and childish. So little personality and poor humor. Frankly, it feels like it was written by someone with little life experience. A lot of awkward moments and odd choices.

I did not expect this to turn into a murder mystery but it really worked out. I appreciate that this is a self contained book with a plot that resolves by the end. The love triangle was a little cringey but it is nice getting an expanded cast. I look forward to the next book..
