A great twist on an old-fashioned dungeon crawl. If you like fantasy with popculture references anyone could understand, you will definitely enjoy this one. It also has some tier jerking moments. So it’s not all fun and games.

This book is a great satire of the modern world with amazing mechanics. Not as heavy on stats as He Who Fights With Monsters. But you will fall in love with the characters and laugh loud and cheer with these characters!

Really enjoying the complexities of the dungeon and the continual unexpected challenges that Carl finds himself in, pretty satisfying and enjoyable
