I love litrpg’s! It my favorite genre of audiobooks but this one stands out for me. I like the different perspective this one gives. The idea of being reborn as an ant in a dungeon is very interesting. I also find the main character very likable and extremely funny. His inner monologue cracks me up..
At this point in the series I doubt a review will mean anything because no one cares what others think after the fourth book but I love this series and this one is no exception.
The author returned to some of the design choices from previous novels in the series, and cut down on the crunchy stats, but the action came off muddled and with one fewer member in the team it was noticeable.
The setback I’m talking about is that the MC was supposed to be a professional gamer, but he struggled with a few things that he should’ve know like the palm of his own hand. that’s the only thing that i feel like isn’t so good in the book.
Another great addition to the already great series would’ve loved it to be a little longer or had a little bit more happening but still great story line can’t wait for the next book
