The storyline was great! The profanity was a minus. If the author had wanted, I think he could have turned this book into two books with a much more developed story.
Too much fun to find anything “wrong”. Carl sounds like a young Bruce Campbell character! And Princess Donut is simply fabulous!
warning, high pitched piercing loud noises in epilogue for around 15 minutes the rest of it is good though

I had some ups and downs with this book. Annie Ellicott and all of the soundbooth thespian do an amazing job, as usual. There were times when that was why I kept listening. Annie did a helluva a lot of showing whereas the text had a lot of telling if you hadn’t had a voice..
1st Audible series and even if all the others sink, this one alone made it worth the expensive.
Didn’t see that coming and what a ride full of twists and turns and I’m excited for the next installment!
