Pretty fast paced I enjoyed the monster twist it was a different aspect for me that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The main character gets himself wrapped up in one ridiculous scenario after another with nothing but his plot armor and an annoying cat. Everything is beyond his control, he’s being held against his will, and he can’t do anything to fight back. Literally nothing. By the end of the book, you’re hoping he’ll get some..
Excellent narration. Fun, fast paced story. Made my workouts go by faster. Ready for more Carl.

The narration is fantastic as always, I love Soundbooth Theater. Unfortunately the story is not that great. The description is a bit misleading. The necromancer wakes up and is after knowledge, he wants to read books, explore the city, etc. He loves puns and the book is full of them to the point it gets..
There was nothing at all that I didn’t like! As the title hints towards, if you like Douglas Adams you will really enjoy this!

this has been one of my favorite slice of life yet fantasy books in a while. can we just see what happens in book two
I can’t wait for the next ones to come out. The stories are extremely interesting and well crafts. Jeff Hayes does an amazing job with the voices loveable characters and I can’t recommend this series enough
I love the flow of the story, i love the character development and arc, this is an awesome series and can’t wait to see what happens next… i will definitely recommend this one

This story is funny, and we’ll written. The narrators were epic! I could go into more detail but don’t want to spoil it for anyone. Give this a listen if you like smart humor, LITRPG and goof writing 🙂
