I enjoyed this audiobook. I would buy a sequel, if the author decided to write one.
Quite good
Review from Dante’s Immortality: Beginnings →
I thought it was good, i did enjoy the humor, story direction, world building, and characters but…i will agree with other reviews i saw about the mistreatment of women. There was literally nothing positive about them in there, all negative. Most of the men were bad too, from rapists and cowards to callous bartenders, of..
the Narrator was awesome and funny. I don’t care what anyone says , a Narrator could make or break a book. this book was Interesting. give it a try
It’s a good serious for fans of tabletop rpgs. The story is good but characters are what keeps me interested.
loved it ,really can’t wait to see how the rest of the series goes. Hope the next one comes fast. I bought the book as soon as I seen it was up .it’s one of my favorites
It was okay. Matt was very creative. It’s well written. It progressed pretty slowly and didn’t have an ending. The story just stopped and prompted you to read the next book.
I enjoy the sound effects. The bangs, booms, and ringing. The music and especially the really high pitched painful sounds are unnecessary and only take away from the story. That’s why my overall is not 5 stars
Really enjoy the tone of the book, but it does kinda suck that there is enough really graphic language to warrant not listening to it with my kids around.
the writing, the voicework, all of it is top-tier. I like The Land, but I absolutely LOVE Dungeon Crawler Carl. I can’t help but compare the two, and I’d be hard-pressed to find something better than DCC for the genre.
