This book is definately more adult in nature. That being said, it is absolutely wonderful. A mix of The Running Man, Hitchhiker’s Guide, and a little Boarderlamds esque humor, it paints a wonderful story of a post-apocalyptic scenario that never fails to deliver.

Just kidding. I just put that because negative titles get more attention. This is actually one of the best books ever written. If you have ANY nerd blood in you then this book grabs you with D&D, MtD, and Funions so fast you will miss a day of work. I have read the entire series..
Simply incredible, boxy living among enlightened species really ups the tension. Small details propagate and influence later events, and characters develop with nuanced personalities.. The game mechanics are consistent and add to the experience without being distracting.
