Sci -fi Gaming meets Reading

I didn’t realize what I was getting into with the Gaming, but I enjoyed it despite not being a gamer myself. The story line is overall a good one.
This is one of the best books I have listen to in a long time. Very different spin on the classic dnd dungeon crawl. Funny and clever.
if you enjoyed book one, you’ll continue to enjoy this series. the side characters, when shown are also a delight and seeing everyone grow together is awesome.Jeff hays and Annie elcott are also phenomenal, like always.
Enjoyed it. Unique story concept. Looking forward to part two. Would recommend it if you’re tired of the same old concepts.
I can’t wait for the next one to be released on audible. it was fun and the reader didn’t sound robotic.
I like how the ants are starting to truly understand their worth. I don’t really care for the kidnapped trope.
the first book was for the rhythm, character development, and character bonding of the story. this book is for the drama and development. this is the “you’ve been shown the ropes, now here’s the plot” part of the story, and it’s worth it. not as action packed but you’re already hook, line, and sinker, so..
I wasn’t expecting to love this story. I usually have a hard time getting invested in gaming fantasies, or whatever it’s called, but this was AWESOME! I can’t wait for the next part.
Consistently high quality in all aspects. One of my favorite series for easy going laugh’s & interesting plot lines. Really becoming a Matt Dinniman fan!
