just when you think you have it figured out, it makes a huge twist. Great character development
great book
Review from The Butcher’s Masquerade →
I’m not sure if this or book 3 was my top book. This one is great. I loved it. I relate way too much with Carl maybe. The burning rage in the back of the head at powers too large and distant to fight head on… I get it. Of course the production is spectacular..
This one 100% fits the cliché “I laughed, I cried” this was a truly exciting book in a fantastic series. Absolutely cannot wait for the next installment.
Once again Jeff Hays brings the world dungeon to life. Excellent narration of the very creative story by Matt Dinniman. Every book just gets better and better you laugh you cry I can’t wait to start this one again.
one of the best audible books on thw planet. this is so funny you will wreck if yiu listen while driving. it’s so gory you will pass away in traffic from cringing. you have been warned.
Simple title, Epic Story! Humor and Combat and Gameshows OH MY!! Seriously though, I was desperately searching for a new series while I was waiting for some pre-ordered titles to finally drop. Now I am hooked on this series with just the first book. Goddammit Donut!!!
At first I thought it was lame but after a half hour the story was really good. I appreciate it all. extremely enjoyable and a little funny.
narrator is slow and boring. The idiot that thought the AI side kick needs an echo needs to be fired. seriously NO ONE said NO YOU MORON? IT’S FONKING ANNOYING. You want people to be annoyed for 20 hrs? SERIOUSLY?
Just another amazing installment of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. Stay for the very end including the end credits. Jeff Hays is truly special in his narration, the story is on point and despite ot being the 5th book ot doesn’t feel stale or repetitive. it is the kind of book that you are kind..
