Jeff Hays is always awesome! Matt Dinniman is a genius. Dungeon Crawler Carl is the best LitRPG in Audio format that I have listened to, and I have listened to many. I loved every minute of all 5 books in the Dungeon Crawler series, I hope there are many more to come.
Just when I think that there is no way that Dinniman can top his previous book, he proves me wrong. Incredibly intricate plot told with Grace, terror, horror, And perfect comedic timing. The whole thing is designed to break your heart. I am upset about Prepotente and his stick.
Jeff Hays really makes this insane ride work in this one. Why hasn’t he been snapped up for animation work? This story, as always, is insane and funny in equal measures. I only wish they squeezed more out of the Beatrice story line.

if you’ve made it to book 5 there’s nothing I can tell you that you don’t already know. Somehow these books just keep getting better and better. Matt has that weird thing that Stephen King has, where you don’t know whether he’s a genius or a psychopath, but you know you’re willing to stay long..
The book is hilarious and keeps you entertained throughout…. But the true star is the narrator. On level with R.C. Bray he brings the story to a higher level. It’s a must listen for sure.
