Coming off the previous book in this series this felt more like it was trying to reel in the world building back to less complex formats. Thank goodness too because the prior book was all over the place, doing way too much and felt hard to focus in on anything because of how overly complicated..
I read the first hound book but didn’t really like it that much. This book is much better and I am looking forward to the next one. However the author does seem to have a problem with coherent plot lines from his previous book. I hope he sticks to a plot in this series. I’m..
Story was good. The guy narrating could use some more time with reality and voices. Much of the narration was spoken with a kid’s voice, not a biker’s.
No spoilers, but once again surprises, twists elevate the ending we all expect. Narration +1000. An absolute must listen.
The feels are real in this one. Damn this is a good series I just hope it ends well and not tragically
My wife got angry, I stumbled around for the last four days like a lobotomized mental patient giggling and shouting random quotes. This book will break you. The author is a guilded carrot repeatedly shoved into your ear. The narrators have magic sticks that make you say, “Harder”! Do not listen until all other books..
