I really wanted to like this book since it has great reviews, but I found it dumb. Very low-brow sense of humor, the characters weren’t interesting, and the story was predictable.

five stars. no notes. addictive and amazing at every single chapter. idk how Mr. Dinniman comes up with this stuff.

The narration just add the perfect touch to an already great entry in this serie. The setting was less of a draw this time but the twists and turn made for up for it.

The audiobook to Dungeon Crawler Carl is a fantastic supplement to reading the book and in some ways enhances that experience. The AI voice for the achievements is a particularly hilarious touch that almost always makes me laugh out loud.

The story has some nice action and suspense, though I found it a bit generic. Jeff Hays’ performance was expressive as usual but Annie Ellicott’s was pretty dry and boring compared to her more recent performances.
