I really like this series, don’t listen to the harem stuff there is nothing at all risqué about these books.
This is another laugh out loud, so hard that the people in cars around me wish they were listening to what I am, funny! Just get it. Princess Donut will thank you….probably.
I decided to give this book ago as I await the release of He Who Fights With Monsters 5 (obsessed) and it gave serious Darwin’s Games vibes (still waiting for season 2 to come out already). The story line was ok, but the songs became annoying because it was too amateurish. The narration was interesting..
so far it’s going great! really gotta hate some of these corporate overlords and I’m excited to keep the ball rolling, still a few minor issues but one of my gripes was dealt with via character development as Carl has show growth something rare for these sorts of books
Came for Jeff Hayes and the cover art, but DAMN the story leaves you wanting more! It’s brutal and dark at times, but a very well written story. If you want something different and captivating and hard to put down. This book is for you.
our monsterous protagonist may feel that the world is out to get him. Normally this can be helped with a little therapy but even the therapist would likely be out to get him. In a series where the story of the monster is the main charicrer anything goes. One thing I like about this series..
