it was a good read I enjoyed it alot more then I thought I would it made me laugh and got me excited for what we’ll happen next!

I tried this because of the narrator, and yes he did an amazing job as always, however the book content was amazing too. it has a similar feel to “he who fights with monsters” even down to the crystal wash/infernal wash, but the MC here is much more likable and less annoying. Not as much..
Didn’t see the story turning out this way but I’m hooked thanks. I needed a break my other book the land is taking way too long might drop it completely.
After reading the terrible review I almost missed out on this addition to the story I enjoy. Leaves me wondering why unflattering reviews, even rated highly in stars but clearly condescending about the story, don’t find their way to the trash like they deserve? Is there another motive for promoting deceiving reviews at the top..
What can I say I’ve listened to this book multiple time and every time I wish they had written the follow up book.
I was gifted the first book in this series so that my friend would not be alone in the Crawl and he has regretted nothing. I update him on my outraged bursts, my sorrowful wails, and my barking laughter. This series is emotional whiplash and sky rocketed to one of my favorites.

Love the series so far but it needs to be said the author has several minutes of dialogue which is more of a modern political rant than anything else. I don’t disagree with the views per se but I can not condone that kind of blatant political ranting. I will not listen to this story..
