The sporadic sprinkling of the joke about Snack’s masochism was a funny little feature in book 1 but when the side-joke became a main theme of the book I nearly dropped the series. I love how immersive these audiobooks are!! You will come to love the characters. And then, it is pure addiction.

Action, emotion and a lot of fun. Very much worth the listen. I will definitely get the next one.

Picking up from the downer ending, Hecktor goes through trials and find out what could be going on with the game. One of the a-holes that tortured seri gets a bit of redemption here. And seems like everything is coming to a head.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. The writing is exceptional.A very interesting MC. I cannot wait to read about the adventures on the next tower floors!

Not usually a fan of card building LitRPG but really enjoy the narrator so, I took a chance and loved every bit of it. The story is very interesting and have found myself wondering what I would do if I were in Rowan’s shoes. Hope to see a book 2 soon!

I wish Audible had a function for me to favorite series because I end up using reviews to track which ones I liked.
