this is such an enjoyable series. the original book 1 was ruined by the old narrator. Jeff however brings a whole cast of voices himself and lets this story shine. hopefully Shemer decides to continue on with this series.

much more character and story driven than it is gamlit driven. otherwise, it was an Amazing book.

This book is so much fun to read. The plot sounds so unrealistic at first glance, but there is nothing fake about the way Carl and Donut navigate their new lives. They are the hero’s we need. Not perfect, but perfectly relatable. Matt- hats off to you sir. Thank you and pour me another.

This had me laughing and intently listening through all 3 series. Such a good group of characters and the detail with which they are acted out is spot on! Can’t wait for Book 4!!
