comedy’s on pointthe chat dialogue can get winded but it’s never over bearing.I read most of the series in conjunction with the audiobooks and honestly it goes by too quickly.

Was recommended by a coworker and I’ve since lost my job because I couldn’t stop listening to this series. Worth every minute.

Well done narration and love the System AI. Easy story to get into and some well delivered dark sarcastic humor.

The MC is a complete and utter doormat to the kingdom. Yes we learn why but I bet it still doesn’t change in the next book.

Lots of satisfying pay off in this book as well as lots of set up for later on. Can’t wait for the next book!

I think it is a combination of narration and writing… but the emotional ‘outbursts’ and other displays of emotion just aren’t right. I bought all three books before I even started the first (was a sale) and had I not done that, I don’t think I would have made it past the first one.

Carl is a guy I would follow all the way to hell.Great interaction between characters and the narrator is so amazing.Did I mention there’s a TON of action. And has at times brought tears to my eyes.I highly recommend it.
