cast did an amazing job!… especially the end credits hahaha. They have amazing chemistry and the story is great. I recommend the full series if you haven’t listed to it yet!

I want to say right off that I did not hate this book or the characters, most of my complaints are more personal disappointment then eye rolling dislike but I cannot give this book more than 3 Stars. Many other people like it better but I will try to state why I liked it less…

Jeff Hays is always awesome. Introspection and inner monologue is fine. It gives the listener a peak on the MC’s mindset, thought process and tactics. MC kept digressing and just talking too long especially during in the heat of combat. It really took me out. Some of the dialogue was witty and funny and worldbuilding..

Ehh, just okay. The war continues and Boxy does his usual schtick with the shinies and violence. There’s a bit of story progression but not a lot. Much of it felt like retread,

other than this guy loving drama and that being obvious he can never quite tell what else is going to happen except that there will be a lot of mess drama, All over everything

This series is worth your time, great sounds effects. The epic ending was a fantastic finish.

Great writing for us nerds and normal(non gamers) the performance was great too. Had a lot of fun listening to this and found myself falling in love with a genre I have been getting bored of.

This one is good. I demand another! (Smashes phone against ground to display respect for the story by Matt and performances by Jeff and company.

I think I hate this but I didn’t drop it. Too much melodrama, MC is OP but acts like a bitch.

Narrator is amazing! one of the best audio books ever! Each character sounded unique and authentic.
