I have to admit I was a little downtrodden downloading the last book in the series, knowing the story arc was coming to a close but damn, this is a series worth getting into. Extremely well written and expertly voice acted, this is a series that will suck you in. I can’t recommend it enough.

One day, I’ll pick up a story where the protagonist’s family is slaughtered in the beginning that doesn’t have awkward romance forced on it (infinitely more awkward given his wife-to-be was slaughtered right in front of him on his wedding day… and by the end of the book, that was like 2 months ago…) Speaking..

There are a lot of bad lit rpg audio books out there! I’ve listened to at least 60… This is in the top 10. Narrator is fantastic as always.

I really enjoyed the story, but the narration was the best I’ve ever had for any of my 140 titles. Loved it.

The ending was bitter sweet to say the least but I’ve been waiting with baited breath for every new book in the line. The last one ties everything up in a little bow, the comedy is top notch! Take it from someone that doesn’t really like reading , and instead chooses to play video games…

This book was the powerful climax that you’ve been waiting for. I cried… genuinely sobbed. If you’ve read the other books then definitely read this one too.

Epic ending. How I wish for more!! Sad to hear that it is all over but happy at the same time. One of those ending you wish you hadn’t read or listened to so fast.

The large scale battles became a bit boring, but the ending was very satisfying. I’m very pleased with this series, and the way it ended.

so many voice actors! I could just close my eyes and see it happening. only missing special effects.
