Story was great in first three book, both funny and action packed, like a buddy movie.Characters are well written and come across as real. Narrator is a comfort to listen to, makes easy to relax and just listen.

Outrageous plot.Clichés at every turn.Mature scenes apparently written by giggling 12 year olds. But it works, and I’ll be damned if it’s not one of the best books I’ve read or listened too. It keeps you coming back constantly. I’ve listened to this title a good 4 times from start to finish over the last..

doesn’t feel like lit RPG

The idea of this series seems good, but it isn’t translating well onto the page. there is little to no character development, and the plot is rushed while the descriptions and gore seem to go on endlessly. Worst of all, it is very easy to forget that this is a lit RPG as there is almost..
