Rounding up, but I must point out that while I remember really enjoying this the first time I read it, I think I’ve just read too many litrpg books since then to be easily impressed. 😀

The narrator is really good. The Story is good overall. Only thing about the story I don’t like is the MC acts stupidly. The story would have been better if he just went solo or just didn’t jump into danger for some unintelligent mobs
Most contrived intro I’ve ever read.Thinly veiled justification for violence.little to no logic in any of the characters’ actions. Assumptions of inherent and absurd evil are not an acceptable reason to create a revenge plot. if the villain is not believable and human, then you are fantasizing about humans in the real world that deserve..
I’m really enjoying this series. like the title says, this has a slice of life feel about it, which I really enjoy. Having the women voiced by one narrator, the main character by another, and everything else by another didn’t take me out of the story. the editing was very smooth and all the narrators..
Felt no attachment to the characters and the emotional conflict of the main character makes no logical sense. Poorly written interesting concept however
spoilers…. I have already read the book so was excited to listen to the audio version but several times I could not understand what Rip was saying at all, if I had not read it I would be completely lost. also there was times when the a character spoke softly that I had to turn..
There odds a good balance of humor, action, and character building in this series and every so often the author throws in something philosophical to the mix. I recommend this series to anyone who likes litrpg or fantasy books.
Could not stop myself from listening to this book. Finished it in less than a week. Highly recommended!!
