Fun story, a throwback to the early 2000s and different. The author made a lot of pop culture references which would not make sense in the books time frame.

Really enjoying the story, can’t wait for the next one! A must have for every gamer.

This was a great book. I really hope that the author writes the 2nd one that is able to be put on audible. Jeff Hayes you were amazing on the voices.

One of the best series I’ve ever listened to from world building to creative plot lines this whole series is phenomenal

A great protagonist, interesting situations, and a touch of world building don’t make the weirdly sexual bits less awkward.

I’m enjoying the series but the only annoying part is 1/4 of the book is more about demons screwing which made me want to skip chapters but I stuck with it in case it had something to do with the plot (it didnt).

There is something to be said for an author keeping their powder dry, so that profanity has valuable impact. This otherwise decent story is ruined by constant childish swearing, often for no good reason. It is eye-rolling and obnoxious to the point of making me stop and refund.

I got really immerse in the story. The narrators did an amazing job. I would totally recommend it for everyone to read.
